Bea Merlo
CCWM missionary Beatriz Merlo, a Bolivian native, has been a volunteer with MINUVAF (an organization dedicated to spreading the gospel through evangelistic efforts and supporting local ministries) since 2002. Her journey began with transformative missionary trips, revealing God's call to share His gospel. Serving as a translator in 2009 at the Uyuni Salt Flats deepened her commitment, leading to regular missionary trips with her church and MINUVAF.
In 2024, Bea took on a significant role with MINUVAF as a Trips and Communications Assistant .
Motivated by her love for Christ, His people, and her country, Bea will support:
Short-term mission trips: Bea will coordinate 4-6 evangelistic trips per year with missionaries Mauricio and Phil. These trips, focused on spreading the gospel, also provide essential medical care to remote communities along the Mamore and Isiboro rivers, especially benefiting children, women, and the elderly. She will handle trip planning, schedule coordination, visa processes, interpretation, and reporting.
Communications: Bea will create prayer emails, manage local social media accounts, and streamline impact documentation and reporting.
Your donation will not only support Bea in her role but also help her raise funds for the ministries of MINUVAF, aiding 22 local missionaries in their work across Bolivia. Thank you for partnering with her!
