Andrew Kittelson
CCWM missionary Andrew Kittelson, the grandson of CCWM founder Odell Kittelson, had a life-changing experience in his late twenties when he happened upon a man dying right outside of the hospital. When he inquired of the family, Andrew discovered the man did not have the money for medical care. Andrew quickly went out to collect donations to help the family but returned just as the man had taken his last breath.
This event sent Andrew on a trajectory to start his own nonprofit, MEDFUND, which aimed to bring medication, life-saving surgery, and hospitalization to those who could not otherwise afford it.
Donations for Medfund came in quickly, and Joey began to scour the streets for the sick and dying.
Today Medfund is staffed with Bolivian volunteer doctors, nurses, and laypersons willing to bring healthcare to the suffering poor. It has grown to include trips into the jungle and hard to reach villages with life-saving medications and medical care.
Your donation to Andrew Kittelson will help bring life-saving medical care to those who would otherwise not survive.
