As a Next Gen Leader you are urged to remember that your online posts have the potential to affect the ministry, even those you make on a personal level.

If a leader is not intentional about managing their social media interactions online, with the CCWM statement of faith, the leader will be asked to immediately remove the post and a meeting will be scheduled for further conversation.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

Next Generation Ministry Leader's must live out an above reproach lifestyle. This includes your private life as well as when you are serving through Cup of Cold Water Ministries.

Some of these include but are not limited to:

Having conversations and using language that is God honoring. Ephesians 4:29 Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear.

Being diligent about honoring God through our actions toward others. This would include striving to be unified, not participation in sexual harassment or any inappropriate sexual relationship.(verbal or physical). Romans 12:10 Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor;
